Senior Technical Sales Engineer

Heading/intro:

Our client specializes in industrial weighing solutions and calibration services, currently hiring an experienced sales engineer to pioneer the sales department and drive growth for expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify potential business opportunities and nurture long-term relationships with existing accounts.
• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate operational needs and recommend suitable equipment and service solutions.
• Present technical information and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
• Provide technical advice and support during the pre-sales process, including product selection and compliance guidance.
• Prepare customized proposals, negotiate pricing structures, and finalize commercial agreements.
• Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and prompt issue resolution.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant technical background
• 2+ years of experience in technical sales in weighing equipment, industrial instrumentation or calibration services.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO/IEC 17025, GLP/GMP, OIML will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
