Senior Technical Executive

Our Client

A reputable financial services provider is seeking a Senior Technical Executive to join an established team to maintain and support the overall server, cloud platforms and network and security of the company.

About the Role

• Support development and implementation of new projects and new hardware installations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware and equipment contracts and supervise contract-based installations
• Develop and maintain an inventory of all monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment
• Supporting and resolve any security vulnerabilities; diagnose application performance slowness
• Administration and setup of Qlikview,k QlikSense, Informatica and IBM Websphere; maintain and support CyberArk implementation
• Manage and coordinate with project and scrum teams on operation related matters
• Aid in development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans; resolve issues in accordance with business continuity and disaster recovery plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Services or relevant discipline(s); additional relevant certifications will be value added
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
• Strong technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards.
