- Root Cause Analysis in Integration Platform using Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, Jaegar, Dynatrace and AWS Monitoring.
- Answer and handle incoming customer support cases via Support/Service desk and phone
- Perform detail troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Part of DevOps team to support development, bug fixes and implementation
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in technical support
- Experience in JAVA, AWS, Agile, CI/CD, SQL
- Experience in Weblogic system admin
- Strong knowledge in UNIX Scripting, Oracle SQL/PL SQL, JAVA, REST, SOAP
- Willing to learn microservice, containerization, process modeling, cloud technologies
