Senior Support Engineer (L1 -L3 Support)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Root Cause Analysis in Integration Platform using Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, Jaegar, Dynatrace and AWS Monitoring.
  • Answer and handle incoming customer support cases via Support/Service desk and phone
  • Perform detail troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Part of DevOps team to support development, bug fixes and implementation

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in technical support
  • Experience in JAVA, AWS, Agile, CI/CD, SQL
  • Experience in Weblogic system admin
  • Strong knowledge in UNIX Scripting, Oracle SQL/PL SQL, JAVA, REST, SOAP
  • Willing to learn microservice, containerization, process modeling, cloud technologies
