Senior ServiceNow Administrator

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow Platform Management - Configure and optimize CMDB, ITOM (Discovery), and ITAM for efficient asset and service management.
  • Discovery & MID Server Maintenance - Monitor, troubleshoot, and manage Discovery schedules and MID Server setups to ensure accurate infrastructure visibility.
  • IT Infrastructure & Technologies - Work with on-premises and cloud-based IT environments to support and enhance ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Atlassian Tools - Collaborate using JIRA, Bitbucket, and Confluence for issue tracking, version control, and documentation.
  • Deployment & Change Management - Oversee ServiceNow deployments, updates, and change control processes to maintain platform stability.
  • Agile & DevOps Collaboration - Work within an Agile framework, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and backlog management.
  • User Support & Troubleshooting - Provide advanced troubleshooting, resolve platform issues, and optimize system performance.
  • Flexible Work Hours - Support IT operations and ServiceNow-related tasks during assigned 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM shifts.

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive ServiceNow Experience - Strong hands-on expertise in CMDB, ITOM (Discovery), and ITAM administration.
  • Discovery & MID Server Management - Ability to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery and MID Servers.
  • IT Infrastructure Knowledge - Strong understanding of networks, cloud platforms, databases, and general IT landscapes.
  • Atlassian Tools - Experience working with JIRA, Bitbucket, and Confluence for collaboration and change management.
  • Deployment & Change Management - Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow deployments, upgrades, and change control.
  • Agile Experience - Comfortable working in Agile methodologies with Scrum/Kanban teams.
