Senior SAP Hybris Commerce Specialist

Our Client

A multinational digital products manufacturer is seeking for an experienced Senior SAP Hybris Commerce Specialist.

The Senior SAP Hybris Commerce Specialist is a techno-functional role to assist in managing the organization's e-commerce platform activities, provides technical support, ensures data accuracy and proper data governance with relevant stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities:

• Monitor the operation and identify any potential issues on the system and escalate any technical issues to the relevant teams.
• Assist in the conceptual and technical operation of the e-Commerce platform
• Works with business users to gather requirements, understand the shortcomings and improvements needed, and to recommend relevant solutions.
• Maintains proper technical documentations
• Responsible for application integration testing, user acceptance test and implementation roll-out.
• Provides technical trainings to key users

Desired Skills:

• Computer Science graduates (Bachelor's degree and above)
• Hands on experience in end-to-end management of e-Commerce platform i.e. SAP Hybris Commerce.
• Knowledge & experience on Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
• Technical coding skills is a plus point.
• Excellent communication skills in English
