Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Our client is Malacca is Multinational market leader within the space of Electronics & Semiconductor Manufacturing. They are currently seeking a Senior Quality Manager to join them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead all aspects of Quality ranging from; Incoming, Outgoing, Inprocess, Quality Management Systems.
• Manage an entire department of Quality Assurance professionals of all levels; Quality Managers, Quality Team Leads, Senior Engineers, to Technicians and Operators.
• Chair high-level meetings with internal & external stakeholders in order to bring forward the organization to meet stringent Quality-related KPIs.

Skills & Experience Required:

• At minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics/Mechanical/Electrical/related).
• A proven track record of leading a team of Quality professionals within an organization (>15 years).
• Established familiarity of working in a Multinational Semiconductor/Electronics environment within the function of Quality Assurance.
• Firm understanding of ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 standards (certifications would be highly advantageous)
• Exposure to Six Sigma concepts would be highly beneficial
• Strong project management experience
