Senior QA Project Lead

Our client is one of the world's leading financial services company. They are currently in search of capable talent to take up the role of Senior QA Lead to lead functional and test automation.

Responsibility

• Responsible as the Subject Matter Expert in automation framework
• Provide leadership and consulting in both functional and technical leadership to projects to ensure best practices, tools and techniques being applied for efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop integration between organization's test tools and CI/CD pipeline
• Participate and provide guidance in functional testing and test automation development
• Collaborate with delivery teams to conduct Proof of Concept
• Collaborate with vendors on tool maintenance and enhancement
• Prepare work plans, schedules to meet organization's plans and directions
• Provide guidance to QA team members
• Practise DevOps and Agile testing processes and tools
  

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field
• At least 6 years of experience in Information Technology
• Competency in Selenium, Java. Experience in other scripting languages is a bonus
• Competency in automation, data and environment management with extensive technical skills covering products and technologies knowledge, with strong hands-on experience in automation testing
• Knowledgeable in current industry, test processes and practises, tools and techniques
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Experience with DevOps practises and tools is preferred
• Experience in mobile application testing using Appium is preferred
• Experience in insurance business industry is a bonus
