Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, impact assessment, and solution definition
Ability to challenge assumptions, propose options, and support informed decision-making
Experience working closely with technology and business teams to deliver outcomes
Experience within banking or financial services is strongly preferred
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience working in regional or virtual team environments
