Job Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Align technology procurement with business goals and incorporating industry best practices.
  2. Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and negotiate with vendors through structured RFP processes for cost-effective, high-quality services, complying with ethical practices.
  3. Data Analysis: Using data to support decisions and improve efficiency by tracking key metrics.
  4. Process Improvement: Enhance technology procurement processes as means of innovation and implementing vendor performance frameworks.
  5. Collaboration: Share knowledge and best practices within the team and stay updated on industry trends to enhance procurement capabilities.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
  2. Experience: 10+ years in Technology procurement and negotiations leading to systems integration and software solutions.
  3. Skills:
    • Contract negotiation and commercial terms.
    • Understanding of IT organizations and delivery models.
    • IT sourcing cost reduction, including cloud models.
    • Communication and stakeholder management.
