Senior Operation Executive (Logistics)

Job description

Our client is one of the leading companies when it comes to the manufacturing industry. Due to expansion plans, they are currently looking for a Senior Logistics/Shipping Executive to join their growing company. This role will be based in Negeri Sembilan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the Operations Team with daily operational challenges.
  • Coordinate with the Forwarding Agent and Freight Forwarder for quarterly reviews and negotiations of freight costs.
  • Coordinate with the Customs Department, FMM, Chinese Chamber, MITI, and other relevant government authorities.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in logistics, shipping management, or a similar role.
  • Mandarin speaking would be an added advantage.
  • Experience working with Customs Relations, Documentations & Shipping, Logistics Management.
