Our Client is a Multinational Company and a top leader in its respective industry. Being a public listed MNC with over billions of revenues, they invest massive resources into their staff training programme to develop their people from the ground. They are currently looking for Senior Office Admin Facilities Executive cum Receptionist

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the Office Management such as office equipment maintenance, cleanliness, responsibility for the office supplies (stationary, pantry and etc.
  • Responsible in managing the day-to-day administrative and operational matters
  • Manage contract / negotiation/relationships with vendors, service providers and building management.
  • Coordinate with service vendors / IT department on office equipment
  • Ensure office / pantry supplies are fully stocked and replenished when necessary.
  • Create and Posting Emergency Exit Plan
  • Managing Vendor end to end including submission of invoice
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone, fax and email messages.
  • Plan and assist in organizing various company events / activities

Main Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in relevant field with office administrative experience
  • Able to work collaboratively within a large team environment
  • Able to work on initiative with minimal supervision
  • Excellent Communication and stakeholder management skills
