They are currently hiring for a Senior O2C Analyst - Cash Application

As a Cash Application Analyst, you will be responsible for accurately applying cash receipts to customer accounts, resolving payment discrepancies, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

General Job Responsibilities

• Process daily cash receipts and apply payments to customer accounts in the accounting system.
• Ensure accurate allocation of payments and proper documentation of payment discrepancies.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of cash accounts and assist in the resolution of discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to address outstanding issues related to payment applications.
• Communicate with customers regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of customer service while ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Generate and analyze reports related to cash application, aged receivables, and payment trends.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
• Identify opportunities for improving cash application processes and contribute to the development of best practices.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance the Order to Cash cycle.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies related to cash handling and applications.
• Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as required.

Main Requirements

• Minimum requirement Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or any equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in related field.
• Well versed O2C process and procedure. Full scope in End-to-End O2C Month-end closing
• Well-versed with O2C end-to-end processes
• Operating knowledge of Oracle is a must
