Senior Manager, Product Management

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Own the key performance metrics related to product success and growth.
• Develop a clear vision for the product's present and future states.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team including product managers, designers, project managers, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to strategize and align product goals with overall business objectives.
• Take ownership of technical and operational metrics that ensure the smooth functioning of the business.
• Monitor and identify issues, root causes, and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
• Utilize both quantitative and qualitative data, including user interviews and behavioral analytics, to inform product decisions.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 8-10 years in product management, business, or related fields, with proven leadership across multifunctional teams in the tech domain.
• Ability to engage with engineers on technical aspects, including solutioning, architecture, databases.
• Strong data sensitivity and analytical thinking, using insights to inform decisions and solve complex challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills to lead and influence teams effectively, conveying strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
