Senior Manager, General Insurance Business Underwriting

• Monitor agencies underwriting business and provide support and guideline to agency forcess and partners.
• Supervise overall agency underwriting business, update underwriting guidelines and provide support to agency forces and business partner.
• Assessment of risk and prudent underwriting for general insurance to ensure accepting risk within the underwriting guidelines.
• Implement risk improvement for profitable business.
• To oversee and manage the underwriting portfolio while working closely with HOD on reviewing and approving new cases within underwriting authority.
• Maintain department's set service standards and review day to day workflow to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Manage debtor account clearance and accuracy while ensuring to comply with the rules and regulations set for New Business Department.
• Involve in audit and compliance activities for business unit.
• Conduct people management planning for staffs by quality tracking and productivity report.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience in underwriting or new business process in General Insurance industry.
