Senior Manager, Finance
Job description
Our Client
A reputable financial institution is seeking a Senior Manager to co-lead a project implementation and ensure progress meets all requirements and deadlines.
About the Role
- Perform expense study, cost allocation and chart of account mapping under MFRS 17
- Work out the double entries (posting rule) for MFRS 17 and refine accounting policies
- Prepare the template of financial statement and ensure compliance with MFRS 17
- Develop UAT from sub-ledger to GL including test scenarios; provide support in testing
- Liaise with financial reporting team; perform reconciliation between MFRS 4 vs MFRS 17
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Commerce or relevant discipline(s)
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (MIA, ACCA, CPA, MICPA or ICAEW)
- Minimum 8 years' relevant experience with proven records in MFRS implementation
