Senior Manager - Distributor Management (HORECA)

Heading/intro:
A local food ingredients company is expanding their team and looking for an experienced Senior Manager to take lead of the distributor management team.


Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be mainly responsible for optimizing the distributor channels to achieve financial objectives.
• Develop key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that the relevant KPI and expectations and communicate from the team to distributors.
• Establish and maintain a strong relationship with key distributor accounts.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business of related field.
• 5 - 8 years of experience in distributor management.
• Strong network across Malaysia's HORECA industry.
• People management experience, leading a small team of up to 5 - 10.
