A global shared service business is actively expanding their data analytics team in Malaysia. With multiple ongoing projects in the loop, they are interested to hire a Data Strategy Lead.

As a qualified Data Strategy Lead, the candidate is expected to be primarily involved in data solutions delivery or technology and is responsible for the continuous improvement of the enterprise Data Strategy, as he or she will be an excellent communicator to build strong and meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.

To qualify, individuals should possess:

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience with 5 years hands-on experience in data strategy and management
• Solid data strategy experiences and excellent communicator with global stakeholders
• Highly involved in data solutions delivery and related technologies
• Exposure to platforms such as SAP, Success Factors and Salesforce would be a great addition
• Strong process management in data
