Senior M365 engineer

Minimum:

Qualifications, background experience, knowledge, organizational knowledge, knowledge of other business activities, skills etc.

• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science/Engineering and/or other IT related discipline
• Excellent written and verbal communication, English and other languages in use in Cochlear
• Understanding of ITIL service management best practices
• Strong Customer Orientation, responding to requests for technical support in a timely manner either onsite or via remote assistance.

End User Computing - Microsoft 365 specialist

• Minimum 7 years' experience in the field of Microsoft engineering, IAM and support
• Demonstrated experience in the field of Microsoft identity management (Entra ID, AAD Connect)

• Configuration and troubleshooting Modern business collaboration tools in the M365 suite - Teams, Groups, Exchange online, Sharepoint online, Onedrive
• Configuration and troubleshooting internal and external collaboration and video conferencing solutions including guest users
• Troubleshooting and configuring SSO using SAML, OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.0
• Good Understanding of Microsoft Zero Trust architecture including Conditional Access policies, RBAC and Privileged identity management
• Proficient in creating and troubleshooting PowerShell scripts
• Proficient in the MicrGraph
• Microsoft certifications including M365 Mobility and Security, M365 Identity and Services.
