Senior Logistics Manager (FMCG)

Our client is one of the leading companies when it comes to the FMCG industry. Due to expansion plans, they are currently looking for a Senior Logistics Manager to join their growing company. This role will be based in Selangor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory flow across retail and wholesale networks (fresh, frozen, and ambient goods).
• Oversee Distribution Centre activities including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, checking, allocation, and loading operations.
• Plan and manage transportation networks, route optimization, delivery schedules, and fleet utilization (in-house and third-party carriers).
• Lead, coach, and develop logistics teams including warehouse supervisors, planners, transport coordinators, and frontline staff.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in logistics or supply chain (e.g. CSCP, CPIM, CLTD, Lean, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
• 8-12 years of progressive experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management, preferably within retail, FMCG, fresh food, cold-chain, or grocery environments.
• Minimum 4-5 years in a senior management or leadership role, managing large operational teams across warehousing and transportation.
