Senior IT Project Manager (Oracle ERP)

Job Description

• Lead Finance and Human Capital initiatives using Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP

• Manage post-go-live BAU support for Finance applications across regions

• Ensure project delivery aligns with IT strategy, governance, and compliance standards

• Coordinate and manage vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders

• Oversee issue, defect, and enhancement management for Finance systems

Job Requirements

• Extensive project management experience in Finance systems

• Strong hands-on or delivery experience with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP

• Experience managing BAU support and regional implementations

• Proven ability in vendor, stakeholder, and cross-functional team management

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
