Our client's aims to deliver service excellence through sustainable innovations within their Global Business Services in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an Expert within their Human Resources Department.

As an expert of the function, you will drive process efficiencies within the respective team.

Job Description:

As an Expert within HR, your responsibilities include:

  • Driving process efficiencies within the onboard to retire team of employees
  • Enhance end-to-end synergies within internal and external client relationships
  • Retaining up-to-date regulations, tax laws, statutory requirements and processes within all HR functions - payrolling,process improvement, transitioning, reporting
  • Review KPI Dashboard data population and department contents in Monthly ABS reports
  • Providing feedback to General, Managerial and Directorial levels on operational inefficiencies to boost efficiency

The Right Candidate will possess:

  • Strong sense of relationship and communication amongst all levels
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and drive continuous improvements
  • ERP system - Oracle/SAP procedures
  • 5 years minimum of HR experience within Personnel/Payroll/HR/Financial operation environments or equivalent, Shared Service is preferred.
