Senior Finance Manager

A Global Consulting MNC is searching for a Senior Finance Manager to join them as a future successor to the Head of Finance for the Malaysian business. Reporting into the Finance Director, and leading a team of 15 accountants, your responsibilities will be as follows:

• To oversee and manage the deliverables of the team in daily operations in finance, accounting, credit control and tax department for the 12 entities.
• Analyse and present financial data, report, budget, business plans, etc. for forecasting cost and budget control
• Supports budgeting and forecasting financial activities
• Develop high-performing teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities and recognize them for the impact that they make.

Requirements

• Must be a qualified accountant (MIA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA/ICAEW or equivalent)
• Overall career experience of 15-18 years, with a minimum 5 years of experience in the services industry.
• SAP experience, huge advantage if you have SAP implementation background.
• Hands on leader with a track record of strong leadership capabilities in developing and upskilling experienced accountants.
• Ability to demonstrate stability/long tenure in career.
