About our client:
This company is an MNC looking to hire a senior finance professional to be based in Kuala Lumpur to support the team. You will report into the Regional Assistant Finance Manager.

Your key responsibilities includes:

• Manage full set reporting for Malaysian entity and representative offices in Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines
• Assist in preparing monthly cashflow forecasts.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
• Utilize local e-invoicing systems for smooth transactions and compliance with local authorities.
• Manage tasks related to the local tax system (IRM portal), including downloading tax statements and relevant reports.
• Handle Malaysia withholding tax submissions.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance Management, Accounting, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Auto-count and D365 accounting systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong competence in Microsoft Office and other office software.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills and a positive working attitude.
