Senior FICO Specialist

A leading financial services provider is actively recruiting Senior FICO Support Specialist within their IT hub based in Malaysia, serving APAC business users.

• Managing regional development projects

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage project implementations and L2 production support for BAU activities within SAP FICO
• Perform technical configuration and testing based on change requests, which includes collaboration with 3rd party vendors whenever necessary
• Act as SME within SAP FICO to provide relevant user training and related documentations
• Support team manager and other members on work assignments as per required

Desired Skills:

• Computer Science/Statistics/Economics graduates (Bachelor's degree and above)
• Possess at least 5 years of hands on system support experience with SAP FICO ECC on a regional basis
• End-to-end project implementation experience is desirable
• Any relevant SAP certifications will be added advantages
• Fluent in English
