Senior Executive - Financial Planning and Analysis

About Our Client:

We are currently recruiting for a European multinational services company in Malaysia who is looking to hire an experienced Senior FP&A, who will be responsible for financial analytics, automation and PowerBI knowledge. The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to FP&A Manager, based in KL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for detailed financial analytics for financial performance to respective Business Unit HODs.
  • Assist in preparation and analysis of annual budget, financial performance presentations, financial modelling and other relevant management reports.
  • Perform month end close activities, ensuring that the financial reports are in accordance with the timelines and requirements.
  • Detailed monitoring and analysis on the relevant intercompany charges.
  • Manage PowerBI tools and spearhead any finance automation projects.
  • Perform in ad-hoc duties and projects as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Possess Bachelors' Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant financial analytics scope.
  • Possess strong critical thinking, analytical skills and passionate in system related scopes.
  • Practical knowledge on PowerBI and creation of dashboard is a must.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English.
