Senior CRM Marketing Executive

Job description

One of our established clients within the Beverage industry is seeking for a Senior CRM executive to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies to utilization of CRM platform.
  • Analyse trends between customer behaviour and campaign outcomes to generate improved tactics for better results.
  • Implement testing and optimization of platform to improve customer journey.
  • Design campaigns and work closely with marketing team to align on strategies for good customer experience.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Holds a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or similar.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with CRM, customer loyalty programs, or similar.
  • Strong command of analytics and data.
