About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing lifestyle brand within the F&B space. As part of their business expansion, they are seeking for a Senior CRM Executive to join their egional team to develop and execute strategies that drive user engagement and retention on their mobile app.


Key Responsibilities

    • Design and implement CRM strategies focused on improving user retention and engagement within the app ecosystem.
    • Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, segment audiences, and personalize communication strategies.
    • Plan and execute targeted campaigns across digital channels to enhance loyalty and lifetime value.
    • Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams to optimize app features and ensure seamless customer journeys.
    • Monitor campaign performance and ROI, using insights to refine strategies and deliver measurable results.

Requirements

  • Comes with around 2 - 4 years of experience in CRM management, preferably within retail businesses that have their own app or have serviced similar clients.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and user retention strategies.
  • Digitally savvy, creative, and up-to-date with loyalty strategies and trends.
