To qualify an individual must possess:

• 7 years of experience in management consulting, business development, design thinking & innovation practices, or similar
• Must have experience in Design Thinking Consulting
• Have extensive experience with content and product development
• Have experience developing and growing accounts through building lasting and trusting client relationships
