Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner

Our client, a leading US software company, is currently recruiting a senior commercial finance position, based in their Kuala Lumpur office. In this role you will be business partnering with the GM and senior management team, providing exceptional insight, analysis and support to the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide commercial financial support to functional leads, senior management and the region head
• Influence data-driven decision making through analysing complex financial information
• Strategic planning and forecasting for the business unit
• Work closely with the sales team and leadership to define incentives, commission and remuneration plans
• End to end commercial deal support from pricing and negotiation through to contract review and execution

Skills & Experience Required:

• Degree educated, preferably within finance, accounting or a related business subject
• Strong communication skills and excellent at building relationships, especially with non-finance stakeholders
• Hands on approach, especially as this is an individual contributor role
• Driven and ambitious, willing to go the extra mile and grow with the company
• Intellectual problem-solving mindset
• Experience within the software, SaaS or technology sector would be an advantage
