Senior Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities:

• To be a SME at incorporating DevOps practices. You will directly impact workflows through your architectural decisions.
• Demonstrate high standards of excellence in technical deep-dives.
• Manage instrumentation and monitoring for effective system management.
• Manage automation and testing for efficient development processes.

Requirements:

• Kubernetes and containers expertise, including architecture, scaling and deployment of distributed global applications in the cloud.
• General rogramming skills and the willingness to code (Go preferred)
• Production troubleshooting experience related to Linux, Layer 4 traffic, container and public internet traffic
• Production multi-cloud experience and practical understanding of services and limitations within each cloud
• Desire to automate whenever possible via IaC tools (e.g. Terraform) & APIs
• Security-first mindset and proven track record securing public clouds, containers, network traffic and public APIs
