Senior Business Analyst - SAP FICO/SCM/SD

Our client is a global healthcare organization with their own range of products and innovative services. With the current expansion plans, they are actively hiring SAP Business Analysts

Multiple headcounts will be needed for the SAP Business Analyst in the areas of FICO, SD, and SCM. These are techno-functional roles with job responsibilities as followed:

  • Subject Matter Expert that acts as primary support for SAP users in the APAC region.
  • Acts on support tickets based on agreed SLAs to ensure change control and landscape management processes are in place.
  • Documents and responds to implementation problems, cross functional interdependencies, and proposal of process improvement strategies.
  • Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

To qualify, the incumbent should have:

  • More than 5 years of experience in such techno-functional roles within one of these SAP modules (FICO, SD, SCM)
  • Strong exposure to technical configuration on ECC6 and S/4 HANA
  • Good understanding of functional knowledge for the respective modules
  • Experienced in integrating SAP solutions with 3rd party applications
  • Open to pick up new technologies and able to adapt to industry trends
  • Good command of English, both oral and written
