Senior Associate, Operations

About the Role:

• Post-Trade Life Cycle Controls: Manage equities trading activities in the Malaysia market, covering trade allocation, booking, settlement, funding, reconciliation, and client management.

• Structured Warrants Support: Assist in the listing of Structured Warrants and handle expiry settlement, resolving trade exceptions promptly and addressing root causes.

• Corporate Actions Monitoring: Keep track of corporate actions events, ensuring proper collection and distribution of entitlements. Work closely with counterparties, onshore, and international clients to manage queries and issues.

Role Requirements:

• Analytical Mindset: Possess a strong attention to detail and a highly analytical mindset to navigate complex scenarios and identify effective solutions.

• Experience: While 1+ years of work experience in a stock broking firm, custodian bank, or asset management company is preferred, it's not essential. The focus is on the right skills and mindset for the role.
