Senior Application Support Specialist (Developer)

• Provide L2/L3 application support for complex technical issues related to applications, infrastructure, and data processing.
• Ensure SLA compliance and meet agreed targets and metrics for incident resolution.
• Develop, troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, manage problem tickets, and implement changes.
• Maintain quality standards and policies, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Liaise with development teams to address known issues and fulfill user requirements.
• Work with cloud hosting (OpenShift), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools (Git Actions, Jenkins).
• Support and maintain applications built on MEAN stack (Node.js & MongoDB).
• Collaborate across regions and communicate effectively in English.

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of developer experience in MongoDB & Node.js.
• Familiarity with cloud containerization technologies (etc Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in application support.
• Familiarity with ITIL Practices, DevOps Tools, Cloud Certifications is a plus
