Senior Analyst, Risk Strategy

Our Client

A leading financial services provider is seeking a Senior Analyst to support strategic and tactical initiatives in the enterprise risk management team. This role reports to the team lead with some oversight of junior analysts in the team.

About the Role

• Support the execution of tactical and strategic initiatives for risk management
• Identify new initiatives contributing to efficient and effective risk mitigation
• Align with other risk functions regarding initiatives and strategic operating approach
• Drive coordination and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure successful project completions
• Perform data analysis to support decision making and remediation or execution activities
• Develop and design process flows to understand current state architecture and formulate target operating model
• Support with status updates to senior management, project owners and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or relevant discipline(s); relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the financial services sector handling external/internal audit or risk management
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with various stakeholders at all levels
