Our client is a global tech consulting firm with active expansion within the SAP pillar. They are hiring SAP Success Factors Consultants for a few upcoming projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Translates Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices
  • Involves in end-to-end project implementation along with business stakeholders
  • Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
  • Knowledgeable in MDF , foundation objects , associations , Business rules and workflows
  • Builds professional relationships and networks with people in or outside the team as part of day-to-day
    work


A qualified SAP Success Factors Consultant in this team should possess the following:

  • At least 3 years of experience in SAP HCM project implementation environment with prior exposure to SAP SF
  • Must have completed at least 1 cycle of implementation
  • Familiar with one or more of the following modules: SF Performance and Goals, SF Onboarding, SF Recruitment and Marketing, SF Succession Planning, SF LMS, Employee Central, SAP HCM Payroll, SAP HCM Time
  • Highly adaptable to fast-paced work environment
  • Good communication skills in English
