Our client prides themselves as one of the leaders in the industry, providing innovative digital solutions within the digital hub to serve their customers across the globe. Due to an active expansion plan, they are interested to hire SAP HCM Specialist to be based in KL.

The SAP HCM Specialist will be the subject matter expert within the HR Solutions regional team, to support ongoing transformation projects. Key reponsibilities as followed:

  • Provides advisory technical expertise on SAP HR platform, from end-to-end deployment to defining architecture-related designs and optimizations
  • Contributes to product roadmapping, guiding key stakeholders to enhance user community understanding of SAP HCM with alignment to business strategy
  • Assisting HR solutions team in cross-functional projects to define business requirements, assess technology needs, and identify technical solutions for achieving business objectives
  • Manage and maintain operational business support in SAP landscape
  • Working closely with external vendors for change management and service delivery

To qualify, the incumbent should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, HR or related field strongly preferred
  • More than eight years of project implementation and configuration experience in SAP HCM, preferably within a regional/global setting
  • Prior exposure with system conversions, implementations, integrations with in-house and 3rd party solutions
  • Relevant SAP HCM qualifications will be added advantages
  • Familiar with agile methodology
  • Open to pick up new technologies and able to adapt to industry trends
  • Excellent communication skills in English, writen and verball
