Job description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage and coordinate change requests from business users.
  • Coordinate projects from preparing Investment Committee papers to project implementation.
  • Collaborate with vendors for timely project delivery.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management.
  • Provide 3rd level support for Finance-related applications.
  • Engage with business users for continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with interface systems for seamless integration.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate for better services.
  • Offer expertise as an SME for other Finance-related IT applications.
  • Support solution design sessions and drive continuous process improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of work experience with Financial systems and 2 years in SAP FICO.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of business processes.
  • Knowledge of Finance-related systems and telco industry (advantageous).

Communication and Working Relationships:

  • Standard level of interaction with Corporate IT Teams.
  • Internal audience includes clerical/operational to junior professional levels.
  • External interactions with PICs from various verticals/horizontals and SI Partners
