They are seeking a talented SAP Basis Administrator to join their Enterprise Technology Services team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of the SAP ecosystems. As a technical expert, you will provide guidance, support, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, enabling organizations to unlock the full potential of SAP technologies and gain a competitive edge in their digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the stability and high performance of SAP systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted operations.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and offer timely resolutions to end-users.
• Safeguard system security by implementing system hardening techniques and adhering to SAP security baselines and best practices.
• Develop and execute disaster recovery plans, system backups, and proactive monitoring to ensure business continuity and minimize the impact of system failures or data loss.
• Contribute to optimizing system performance and scalability to enhance user experience and accommodate organizational growth.
• Lead or participate in SAP system upgrades, migrations, and landscape transformations, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Provide valuable insights and recommendations for system enhancements, infrastructure upgrades, and technological advancements as a subject matter expert in SAP Basis.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to foster professional growth and continuous learning within the team.

Requirements:

• Relevant professional degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Extensive experience in SAP Basis administration and solutions.
• Strong database management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Project management experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a diverse environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
• Relevant SAP certifications and cloud technology experience are a plus.
