Key Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor the health of the platform by tracking exceptions and effectively managing technical debt to ensure optimal performance.

• Analyse and develop new requirements to meet evolving business needs, ensuring comprehensive solutions are delivered.

• Take on a platform-wide role, overseeing all aspects of the solution including Marketing, Sales, Service, platform functionalities, and integrations.

• Execute rigorous technical testing of applications and enhancements to ensure quality and functionality meet expected standards.

• Implement and manage integration scenarios to ensure seamless interoperability between systems.

• Identify Salesforce metadata that reflects changes and configurations related to user stories and commit these to the repository to maintain consistency and accuracy in version control.

• Ensure the effective operation of the platform within a globally organized DevOps team, fostering collaboration and alignment across all stages of change management.

• Skilfully handle Git merge and resolve merge conflicts specifically related to Salesforce metadata in SFDX source format, ensuring alignment of code across development environments

Key Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years as a Salesforce DevOps Engineer, Salesforce Consultant, or Software Developer with Salesforce expertise.

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in Sales and Service Cloud. Certifications are not mandatory but are advantageous.
