Sales Team Manager - Industrial Adhesives

Job description

Our client is a fortune 500 company that manufactures a wide range of industrial adhesives. Their products are applicable to industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, logistics, manufacturing and more.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Lead and mentor sales team members to ensure high performance.
  • Set clear objectives, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Work with other departments to deliver tailored packaging solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in manufacturing sales, with 2-3 years of experience in people management.
  • Knowledge of packaging solutions and related industries.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
