Our Client
A leading bank is seeking a Sales Specialist to be part of a growing team and an expanding business remit.
About the Role
- Perform direct closure for priority banking and insurance segments
- Understand customers' needs and provide solutions based on need based selling
- Attend to all business and ad-hoc queries related to the banking and insurance products
- Ensure sales and services rendered to customers comply with internal & external policies
- Develop activities for sales manager and the team leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, banking or equivalent with applicable licenses
- Minimum 3 years' relevant sales experience in the banking and industry industry
- Strong relationship management skills in a high performance environment
