Sales Planning Manager

Job description


One of the FMCG beverage players are seeking for a Sales Planning Manager to join their team to help grow their new business pillar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market analysis for both Malaysia and international prospects to identify market opportunities.
  • Design route-to-market strategy and lead its implementation.
  • Develop the product demand roadmap, pricing, and forecasts based on analysis of market insights.
  • Provide analysis to relevant stakeholders for commercial decisions in areas such as trade spend, brand investments, and pricing strategy.
  • Establish financial models preparation of annual budget plans to support decision making.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in Sales Planning/Commercial Capability/Account Management in the FMCG industry (experience handling Dairy category would be an added advantage).
  • Experienced in SAP & PowerBI or similar data analytics tools.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantonese will be advantageous).
