Consultant, Sales & Marketing
One of the FMCG beverage players are seeking for a Sales Planning Manager to join their team to help grow their new business pillar.
- Conducting market analysis for both Malaysia and international prospects to identify market opportunities.
- Design route-to-market strategy and lead its implementation.
- Develop the product demand roadmap, pricing, and forecasts based on analysis of market insights.
- Provide analysis to relevant stakeholders for commercial decisions in areas such as trade spend, brand investments, and pricing strategy.
- Establish financial models preparation of annual budget plans to support decision making.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in Sales Planning/Commercial Capability/Account Management in the FMCG industry (experience handling Dairy category would be an added advantage).
- Experienced in SAP & PowerBI or similar data analytics tools.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantonese will be advantageous).
