Sales Manager (MT)

Job description

Join an established food distributor in their team expansion as a Sales Manager to lead the growth of their Modern Trade channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop new client prospects to expand sales channel (Modern Trade).
  • Maintain relationships and service the needs of existing accounts.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Prepare monthly reports on sales performance to track growth, identify opportunities, and make improvements.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Holds a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or similar.
  • At least 4 - 5 years of sales experience within the Modern Trade channel in FMCG, food distribution, or relevant industry.
  • Passionate in sales with a proven track record.
  • A self-starter who works well independently and demonstrates strong business acumen.
