Sales Manager (Modern Trade)

Job description

A fast-growing F&B brand is seeking for a Sales Manager to join their pioneer team in setting up their General Trade channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategise and devise go-to-market plan to launch in new sales channel (General Trade).
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective accounts to introduce new products.
  • Drive new segment growth through opening new accounts, establishing client relationships, and rolling out sales strategies.
  • Work closely with promotions team to launch new products and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify market opportunities from strategic partnerships and consumer trends.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Holds a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or similar.
  • At least 4 - 5 years of sales experience within FMCG or relevant industry (experience in distributor management, convenience channel, General Trade, or similar will be an advantage).
  • Passionate in sales with a proven track record.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
