Sales Manager - Food Manufacturing

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Managing Director, be responsible to grow the business in across Malaysia.
  • Managing full sales cycle from first contact to solution proposal, then contract signing and handover.
  • Develop a strong strategic sales plan to ensure long term profitability and growth in market share.
  • Responsible for key account management and new business development.
  • Prepare and present sales related reports.
  • Conduct market research to gain a strong understand of the industry and competitors

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering would be ideal but not mandatory.
  • 5 years of B2B sales experience within the Food Manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Additional language skills would be an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Malaysia. (60% travel)
