Sales Manager (Central)

Job description

Join a leading FMCG MNC as a Sales Manager covering the Central business, where you'll be responsible for the Modern Trade channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the achievement of team sales targets through coaching and development.
  • Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure support is provided to meet productivity.
  • Conduct market research and analysis of market for new sales opportunities and expansion of coverage.
  • Prepare annual sales plan and budget with clients and key accounts, aligning sales objectives and and agreed budgets.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Holds a Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or similar.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales within FMCG or relevant industry (experience in Modern Trade/Pharmacy channel is an added advantage).
  • Has prior experience in people management.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and stakeholder management.
