Sales Manager

Job description

Our client is a well-known name in the pharmaceutical industry, and is looking for a Hospital Sales Manager, where you will be responsible for leading a team and overseeing sales across private hospital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and training the sales team to achieve the company's business objectives.
  • Analyzing market trends and identifying business opportunities to optimize profitability and resource allocation.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the private healthcare sector.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and supply chain.
  • Monitoring the sales team's business activities and preparing business forecasts and reports.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science/Pharmacy, or any related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales across private hospital sectors.
  • Team-leading or people management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
  • Ability to travel.
