Sales Manager

Job description

Our client is a prominent global name in the Pharmaceutical industry, and is looking for a Sales Manager, where you will be responsible for building a strong sales team and executing various sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and implementing sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing function.
  • Leading, training, and managing a sales team to achieve the company's financial objectives.
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and product opportunities to optimize the company's business impact and resource allocation.
  • Overseeing the sales team's business activities, customer engagement, and sales operations.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Skills and Experiences Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science/Biotechnology or any related field.
  • Team Management and/or Account Management experience is strongly recommended.
  • 5-7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with in-depth industry knowledge.
  • Team-oriented leadership style and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
