Sales Manager

Job description

One of the leading international skincare brands is seeking for a Sales Manager to join their team, where you'll be responsible for expanding market share and developing sustainable relationship across the B2B skincare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic sales plans to expand market share and maintain long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Build and maintain relationship with existing and new clients to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Manage and expand network across the professional salon, clinic, and distributor sectors to increase product market share.
  • Conduct market research to identify competitor and market trends to maintain competitive edge.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales role within the beauty or relevant industry.
  • Passionate in sales with proven track record.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantonese will be advantageous).
