With continuous expansion and increased project demand, they are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive strategic growth and build strong relationships across key semiconductor customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business within the semiconductor manufacturing sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at semiconductor fabs and equipment suppliers.
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiate high-value contracts, and drive long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities by understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape.
  • Collaborate with technical and internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with customer requirements.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields (technical background preferred).
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales or business development within semiconductor, factory automation, or high-tech industries.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, automation systems, or equipment sales.
  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles and securing major deals.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
